Health Insurance: Out-of-Network

If your insurance company is not listed above, you may have out-of-network benefits for Chiropractic. As your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company, it is your responsibility for collection of these benefits. You will pay us directly for services and we will provide you with a "Super bill" which contains all the information necessary for your insurance company to reimburse you. All you will need to do is mail it to your insurance company directly.

No Insurance or No Chiropractic Benefits

If you do not currently carry health insurance, or you do not have any Chiropractic benefits under your current insurance policy, we offer several different payment plans dependent upon your specific financial needs. We make it our goal to provide you quality care at a price you can afford!

• Pediatric Time of Service Option

Any child under the age of 18 can participate in our pediatric time of service option. This option allows the child to receive Chiropractic care for $15 per visit after an initial $30 examination fee.

• College Plan

Having been college students for a long time ourselves, we understand that very few college students can afford quality healthcare. Taking this into consideration, we have developed a plan specifically for the full-time college student. Any person able to provide a letter of declaration of full-time student status with his/her college/university stamped seal qualifies for the College Plan for that term. These patients will pay $10 per visit after an initial $10 examination fee.
